Tickets to visit Father Christmas go on sale at the start of November

For any enquiries regarding existing bookings, please email

Our Father Christmas visit is a unique walking performance through a real Christmas Tree forest. After being entertained by a cast of characters along the way, you will meet Father Christmas in his Log Cabin. There is a gift for every child and a chance to share your Chrismtas wishes.

Please read through the following page carefully before booking your tickets in order to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

Book your tickets online

Tickets can only be booked online, unlike previous years tickets are not available to buy on the day.

Before booking tickets, we ask all customers to read the following information carefully as failure to do so could result in you missing your performance.

The link to our ticketing site follows at the bottom of this page.

Ticket Prices.

Everyone entering the Wonder Wood will need a ticket, the performance element of our Father Christmas visit is generally aimed at children aged 4 and over, however, you know you children best and the decision to buy tickets is entirely at your discretion.

Child Ticket  (8 months to 13 years) - includes an age appropriate gift for babies up to 3 year olds.

Adult ticket (14 years +)

There is no charge for Babes in arms (0-8 months) when they are accompanying an older sibling visiting Father Christmas. However, if you wish for your baby to visit Father Christmas for photographs and receive a gift a child ticket is required.

A magical adventure

We try our best to accommodate aunts, uncles and extended family but there is limited space in Father Christmas's cabin. Our priority is always to make sure as many children and their parents can visit Father Christmas. At busy times we may not be able to allow more that 2 adults per child to purchase tickets.

Please be aware that due to space constraints pushchairs are not allowed into the Wonder Wood and may be safely left with staff at the entrance gate.

Ticketing terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of our walking performance, latecomers cannot be admitted. Your tickets are to a specific time slot, sadly if you arrive late you will miss your visit with Father Christmas, so please be sure to check travel conditions and leave plenty of time.

For everyones enjoyment, group sizes are strictly limited to keep a special, magical feel to the Woods. It is not fair for customers arriving on time to have their group over crowded with latecomers.

We try our very best to accommodate people arriving late but sometimes this is simply not possible. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for lateness.

Visiting with friends and group bookings.

If you are planning to visit with friends, we strongly recommend you plan your visit in advance and make one single booking for your entire group. There is no other way to guarantee entry to the same time slot.

Once a particular time slot has sold out, unfortunately we cannot rearrange sessions or squeeze extra people in. Due to the size constraints of Father Christmas's cabin it is not possible to book groups with more than 8 children in any session.

Please contact us directly if you are having any problems booking tickets for your group.

Collecting tickets.

You must arrive at the farm and be ready to enter the Wonder Wood at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.

We strongly urge you to check local travel conditions before setting off and allow plenty of time. At busy times it may take longer than expected to arrive on site, park and make any necessary comfort breaks.

Roadworks and heavy holiday traffic on the M25 are common throughout December, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility in the event you are delayed in traffic etc.

Tickets for Father Christmas will go on sale in the first week of November, After our Pumpkin Patch event has finished.
