There is now very limited availability to visit Father Christmas during December, however spaces still remain on the following dates;

Wednesday 20th December

Please check availability for these dates via our ticketing page (link below).

For any enquiries regarding bookings made please email general@crockfordbridgefarm.co.uk

Before emailing, please be aware that we are unable to add more people to a session showing as sold out. We are a very small team and are answering as many queries as quickly as possible.

Please read through the following page carefully before booking your tickets in order to avoid any confusion or disappointment. Our Woodland Walk to visit Father Christmas is a walking performance and most definitely not a typical Father Christmas visit.

Approx age range 1 - 13 years.

From start to finish, our Father Christmas walk lasts approximately 40 minutes.

Book online

Tickets are only available to buy online, there is a link to our ticketing site at the bottom of this page.

Unlike previous years, tickets are not available on the door. Please do not disappoint your children and put our staff in an uncomfortable position by arriving without tickets.

Frequently asked questions.

Ticket Prices.

Our Woodland Walk is an event for all ages. Everyone wishing to enter the Wonder Wood and participate in the walk is required to purchase a ticket.

Children £14 (8 months to 13 years) - includes gift.

Adult £8 (14 years +)

There is no charge for Babes in arms (0-8 months) when they are accompanying an older sibling visiting Father Christmas. However, if you wish for your baby to visit Father Christmas for photographs and receive a gift a child ticket is required.

If you wish to bring an infant to visit Father Christmas without an older child you are very welcome to do so but a child ticket is required in order to gain access to Father Christmas’s cabin.

Due to space constraints in the Wonder Wood the number of adult tickets for sale is limited. Visiting Father Christmas is an experience for children and our priority is to ensure as many children and their parents as possible are able to enjoy this experience.

Please be aware that due to space constraints pushchairs are not allowed into the Wonder Wood and may be safely left with staff at the entrance gate.

Latecomers.

Due to the nature of our walking performance latecomers cannot be admitted. Your tickets are to a specific time, sadly if you are late you will miss your session.

Your tickets are to an immersive theatrical experience that departs at a specific time. If you miss your group's departure time there is no ability to 'catch up' or to be added to a later group, please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.

Group sizes are strictly limited to avoid overcrowding. It is not fair to customers arriving on time to have their group over crowded with latecomers from an earlier session. We try our very best to accommodate latecomers but sometimes this is simply not possible. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for lateness.

Visiting with friends and group bookings.

If you are planning to visit with friends, we strongly recommend you plan your visit in advance and make one single booking for your entire group. There is no other way to guarantee entry to the same time slot.

Once a particular time slot has sold out we cannot rearrange sessions or squeeze extra people in. Due to the size constraints of Father Christmas's cabin it is not possible to book groups larger than 8 children in any session

Collecting tickets.

You must arrive at the farm and ready to enter the Wonder Wood at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.

Please check local travel conditions before setting off and allow plenty of time to arrive on site, park and make any necessary comfort breaks, during busy times this can take longer than expected. Roadworks and heavy holiday traffic on the M25 are common throughout December, we cannot accept responsibility for you being delayed in traffic etc.
