Visit Father Christmas
*2020 update* We are planning to hold our Father Christmas visits this year and are working on making this a safe experience for customers and staff alike.
Tickets will not be released for sale until the beginning of November at the earliest. If you would like to be updated with new information and when tickets are released for sale, please register for email updates at the bottom of this page.
Last year's content is shown below to give you an idea of our Christmas visits
A unique and much loved walking performance through The Wonder Wood (our real Christmas Tree Forest.) After writing your Christmas wishes and being entertained by a cast of characters along the way, your group will meet Father Christmas in his Log Cabin. There is a gift for every child and a chance to share your Christmas wishes. Our walking performance lasts for approximately 30 minutes.
Please read through the following page carefully before booking your tickets to avoid any confusion or disappointment.
Before booking, please be aware that buggies and pushchairs are not allowed into the Wonder Wood performance due to space restrictions.
Booking your tickets...
Tickets can only be booked online in advance and are not available on the day. Our visit to Father Christmas is a small, cosy experience and we cannot accomodate groups of more than 7 children at a time.
After successfully completing your booking you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this email carefully and notify us of errors as soon as possible. Tickets to visit Father Christmas are non-refundable and whilst it is not always possible for us to change your booking, the more notice you can give us to rectify a mistake, the more chance there is we can do something about it.
Rectifying booking errors is incredibly time consuming for our small team and any changes will incur a £5 admin fee per booking.
Tickets are required for both adults and children. The performance element of our visit is generally aimed at children aged 4 and over, however tickets are still required for children of all ages visiting Father Christmas.
* There is no charge for Babes in arms if they are accompanying an older sibling where no gift or photo is required. However, if you wish for your baby to visit Father Christmas for photographs and to receive a gift then a child ticket is required.
Visiting with friends...
Your visit to Father Christmas is as part of a small group in a cosy log cabin. There are space restrictions and we cannot accommodate more than 7 children in the cabin at any one time. If you are planning to visit with friends or family, please be aware there is no guarantee you will be able to visit Father Christmas as part of the same group.
Because of space restrictions, we are not able to accommodate as many aunts, uncles and grandparents as some may wish. Our priority is always to make sure as many children and their parents can visit Father Christmas before filling space in the cabins with extended family. Parents should book for their own children only.
Please contact us directly if you are having any problems booking tickets for your family.
On the day...
You must arrive at the farm and be ready to enter the Wonder Wood at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. Your tickets are to a specific time slot, sadly if you arrive late you will miss your visit with Father Christmas.
We strongly urge you to check local travel conditions before setting off and to allow plenty of time for unexpected delays. At busy times it may take longer than expected to arrive on site, park and make any necessary comfort breaks. Roadworks and heavy holiday traffic on the M25 are also common throughout December.
For everyone's enjoyment, group sizes are strictly limited to keep a special, magical feel in the Woods. It is not fair for customers arriving on time to have their group over crowded with latecomers and their own experience diminished.
Arriving on time is your responsibility, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule tickets for latecomers.

"My two girls (age 6 & 8) me and my husband visited Santas Woodland Forest this afternoon and went on an enchanting journey with the beautiful woodland elves..... It was absolutely amazing... this experience was better than any other Santa we've ever seen. It is so creative and magical... my girls were absolutely enthralled from start to finish... and everything felt really imaginative and definitely sparked my daughters imagination... I would thoroughly recommend it to any family with children - even up to 12..... they even tell you a story."
