Seasonal Supervisor (Catering & Retail)
Seasonal Period: Apr 26 – Dec 26.
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Seasonal Supervisor to help oversee operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our team during our busy seasonal period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering and retail operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in catering and retail environments, including barista experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and available for the full seasonal period.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.

Casual Event Staff
We're always looking to fun, reliable and experienced staff to help at our seasonal events throughout the year (Vintage Markets, October Pumpkin Picking and Christmas Tree sales)

Seasonal Farm Staff
We are looking for temporary farm workers to to help with Planting, Summer Weeding and general crop maintenance. This is a physically demanding (but satisfying) job working outdoors requiring kneeling and bending down to plant crops and weed our fruit fields. Please only apply if you have a reasonable level of fitness.
*We're not able to offer accomodation.
There is work available immediately for our planting season. There is also a possibility of a further work over the Summer for the right candidate.
- General farm duties (weeding, planting, basic groundwork)
You must be physically fit and a good standard of spoken English is essential. Ideally you will have experience of farming or a similar industry, however please don't be put off if you don't have all of the experience we're looking for if you have a 'can do' attitude and are a quick learner.
As this is outdoor, seasonal work the hours may depending on weather conditions.
Hours of work will be between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri.
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, sorry we're unable to assist with Visa Applications.
