Seasonal Supervisor (Catering & Retail)

Seasonal Period: Sep 25 – Dec 25.
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Seasonal Supervisor to help oversee operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our team during our busy seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily catering and retail operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in catering and retail environments, including barista experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and available for the full seasonal period.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.

We're always looking to fun, reliable and experienced staff to help at our seasonal events throughout the year (Vintage Markets, October Pumpkin Picking and Christmas Tree sales)

Volunteering and Work Experience

Do you enjoy, the fresh air, and spending time outdoors to get away from it all and spending time helping us produce fresh food for our local community?

We have weekday and weekend opportunities for volunteers or work experience placements to get involved in the farming side of our business all year round, rain or shine. You’ll experience the benefits of learning about agriculture and of time spent connecting with nature. Come and give it a go!
